A Note About Our Events
Our classes are 100% alcohol-free.

We craft and explore beautiful, complex mocktails using herbs, botanicals, and other non-alcoholic ingredients. No alcohol is served as part of our classes — ever.

Some of our events are hosted at bars, restaurants, and breweries that independently sell alcohol to their other patrons. You may be in a venue where alcohol is present, and conversations about flavor profiles — including those of alcoholic drinks — may naturally come up as part of the mixology discussion.
