EatYoDestiny, founded by Destiny, began as an Instagram profile in 2018. Initially, it served as a personal food diary documenting her transition to a plant-based diet. Over time, it evolved into a platform advocating for food justice and highlighting the unique experiences of being a person of color in the vegan community.

Destiny’s passion for food accessibility led her to host workshops that focus on finding affordable ingredients and creating simple, delicious vegan meals. This mission remains central to her work today.

Now based in Dallas, Texas, Destiny collaborates with brands, hosts cooking demonstrations, and provides resources for those exploring plant-based living. With roots in the Bronx, New York, and a degree in Journalism and Communications from St. John’s University, her journey spans digital media, community activism, and promoting food sovereignty. She resides in a mobile tiny home, embodying a minimalist lifestyle while inspiring others to live healthfully and sustainably.
